Game night on Oct. 28
For our next bi-weekly SPJ meeting, we are planning on having a board game night at Rashah McChesney's apartment in west Ames.
She is one of our members and last year's president. She has a big space, which will accommodate Twister and Pictionary, as well as other board games.
We want to put a journalism spin on it somehow, so if you have any board games you want to bring along and have a journalism angle for playing it, then awesome. We welcome your imagination and ideas.
It will be at 6:15 p.m. Wednesday (Oct. 28).
Even though it's a game night, we still are planning to discuss some important issues and news going on with SPJ.
Please contact Jenn Dryden for more information, including how to get to Rashah's apartment.
